Peter always had a flair for creativity, and that's why he was so excited to join the E+O team brewing craft lattes! He moved to West Dundee in the summer of '21 and is excited to celebrate one year with his husband and darling cat, Tessa. When he's not at the shop, he enjoys traveling, sewing and making music!

Percy is super happy to be serving you at Elder + Oat! Outside of the shop, his hobbies include writing poetry, crocheting and playing Dungeons and Dragons. His all-time favorite drink at E+O is the Lavender Latte!

Ella is the bubbly new barista here at Elder & Oat. She is incredibly cheerful and always has a smile on her face, ready to brighten someone's day. Becoming a barista has been a dream of hers and we are grateful we could make that dream come true for her. Ella begins her freshman year at Elgin Community College this fall where she will complete her gen eds before transferring to Life University in Georgia where she will pursue her doctorate in Chiropractic. Ella is the middle of seven children and loves spending time with her family. In her free time she also loves to read, play tennis, hang out with her friends and serve in the children's ministry at her church. Her favorite punctuation mark is a comma. Ella is looking forward to making your favorite drink.
